| Introduction | I started BBQing pretty regular after I saw the great reaction of people that tasted my Barbecue and I took it a step further by getting more education on it too. I've attended the NBBQA conference in Nashville, TN, attended BBQ University, Texas A&M University, I get BBQ recipe books, DVDs and try different recipes (Neeley, Mixon, Bob Gibson, Paul Kirk etc.) to help show off my skills and wow the crowd |
