Introduction	Hi, I’m The Resilient Rose, a passionate explorer of life’s ever-blooming possibilities. Rooted by a love for new beginnings, I've lived across three countries — from the glacier-carved fjords of Southeast Alaska, to the resilient red dirt of outback Australia, to the lakeside beauty of Canada — each place deepening my belief in the power of resilience and positive growth. I'm a B.Psych.Sc. graduate and current M.P.Psych. candidate, specializing in positive psychology, wellbeing, and human flourishing. When I'm not chasing after my three lively children, adventuring alongside my husband, or laughing at the antics of our cheeky pets, you'll find me soaking in the outdoors, savoring any moment that nurtures strength, curiosity, and joy. Favorite books	Currently reading Breath- A New Science to a Lost Art. By- James Nestor. Anything by Sarah Night and Malcom Gladwell
