| Introduction | With a scientist background, after a life as teacher and then abroad, we came back to France and run a cottage near our farm and forest in a Nature Park. Avec une formation scientifique et après une vie professionnelle en tant que professeur dans différentes régions de France puis en Europe, nous sommes revenus en France et nous occupons de notre ferme, gîte touristique et forêt dans le Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc en zone Natura 2000. |
