Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Hmmmm...random question who said I don't ever wear a scarf? Did I say that somewhere, really? Well even if I did I was lying...I love scarfs. They make great accessory when you don't feel like putting all that thought into it. Plus, they keep you warm...can't beat that!!
