Introduction	I am paid to be a controller for a parade float building company, a great company to work for I might add. I have enough education to choke a horse but no formal culinary training. I started selling my creations after my neighbor inquired how much it would cost to get a pie to go. So, Cherry Blossom Bakery was born. I live just outside of Portland with my husband and son. I am thrilled to be able to share some of my favorite recipes and chronicle my adventures in life.
