Introduction | Born in the same year that the winter Olympics were held in Sarajevo, Andrew J. Bernstein is a graduate of Skidmore College, a category 2 bike racer and a writer currently working as Gear Editor at Bicycling Magazine. He lives in Emmaus, PA, where he recently moved after seven years spent living in Saratoga Springs, NY. This blog focuses mainly on Andrew’s adventures, trials and successes as an elite-amateur bike racer in the north east United States, and also serves as a clearinghouse for updates on his other writing projects. Check back Monday through Friday for new adventures! |
Interests | I'm writing a book. Please email me if you want to publish it. |
Favorite Movies | I like to watch movies that keep me interested from beginning to end. I also have a weakness for action movies and comedies that are so bad that they are good. |
Favorite Music | Though I'm no music scholar, I like many different genres. |
Favorite Books | Cat's Cradle, by Kurt Vonnegut. In a way, this whole blog is an homage to Mr. Vonnegut. Do you know in what way this is? I have also found Tom Wolfe's Bonfire of the Vanities to be an important work in my life's choices. |
