Interests Food would most definetely have to be the number one on interests. I mean, think about it: You simply cannot survive without food. So why not make the best of it? I spend a lot of time trying to find amazing food that will please my palate. Thai is AMAZING in my opinion and pizza is a close second. If you can reccomend an awesome place that isn't too expensive then I just might go there. If you're a girl, then it's a date. I also have this attraction to girls. I guess it has something to do with primal instincts and pheromones doing their thing. Usually in class, I gaze upon possible hot girls and rank them by number. Number 3 in third period seemed out of it last Thursday.... I also have this itching desire to travel all the time. I dream of exploring Paris, Cambodia, Seoul and experiencing its rich culture and wonderful traditions. You're only given one life (unless you believe in that reincarnation sort of thing) so you might as well make the most of it by exploring as much as you can while you can.
Favorite Movies I'm into foreign flicks, chick flicks, thrillers, killers, dramas, whatever. As long as it doesn't have a pointless plot and horrible actors. I'm not the type of guy that enjoys 300. Resovoir Dogs is more of my cup of tea. I recently saw A Better Tomorrow, which is a film starring Chow Yun fat and was made 20 years ago. I have to say that plot itself is pretty impressive and the performance of the actorshave pretty much set the standard of movies in Hong Kong and in the United States. Loved No Country, documentaries are awesome, espescially if about sports. Hate films like, American Pie series, or high budget low quality films featuring stars past their prime (ahem, Zohan).
Favorite Music Sonny Stitt/Rollins, Jay Dilla, Danger Mouse, Immortal Technique, Kanye West, Coltrane, Stravinsky, Neutral Milk Hotel, Ben Lee, Rahsaan Roland Kirk, Mad Lib, John Mayer, Passion
Favorite Books I'm into all sorts of books. When I read Battle Royale as a ten year old, that pretty much scared the hell out of me, so I threw it into the garbage can when I finished the book. Life of Pi was a pretty good book with an amazing storyline. I really like Angela's Ashes because of the way the author got through to the point but still created a vision. The Adventures of Clay and Kavalier is an amazing tale of two comic book writers and after I finished reading it, I really wanted to be a Jewish kid in the forties living in New York City. Enjoyed Bird Lives!, Giant Steps, Freakonomics, Guns Germs and Steel, of course, Lies My History Teacher Told Me
