| Introduction | Hitting the 40 mark was not much of a milestone - or at least I thought so. I noticed parts of my body moving (not really in a good way) so like any other mid-lifer, I started to get fit. First running, then longer running... wait how about a marathon? Oh and maybe throw in a bike for cross training and like my daughter Jessica says, just add water and well there ya go - triathlon. Since those of you who know me, you know I never do anything half assed, so Ironman becomes me! I have competed in the following races; Ironman Florida, Ironman Canada, Ironman Lake Placid, Ironman Arizona, The Great Floridian and soon Ironman CDA. |
