| Introduction | Pro Wrestler and other since 1995. At that time I was a foolish and self-destructive young man who took self deprecation to a self destructive level with my diet and training (or obvious lack thereof). I have spent countless hours trying (and failing) to improve my physique and body for the rigors of the wrestling ring and roadtripping lifestyle. Not the easiest task to accomplish with my food-choice-willpower-issues. So the purpose of this Blog / Journal is to act like a written track record of my past as I strive towards the future.
