| Introduction | Artist statement: “These paintings are all about the process of painting- it is something that I love to do. If I end up with a painting that I can frame- that’s great but not essential. The paintings just come- sometimes influenced by my surroundings. They are not drawn or sketched out in advance. I pick up my brush, choose a color and go. I am also a touring musician and I paint while on the road. Most of these paintings were created while traveling in the Continental US, Hawaii and St Croix in the US Virgin Islands." |
