Introduction I live in America's back yard, with my wonderful little family. Sometimes, okay, a lot, I like to vacuum. I hate folding laundry and the first time I ever heard THE WHO was when our first baby was born, and she took the breath we were saving for sunrise. I am a (former) marine wife, and truthfully, miss the corps. Shiny rocks make me happy. I am a book keeper, nurse, personal chef, chauffeur, baker, seamstress, p.r. specialist, teacher of youngins, butler, housekeeper, laundress, house cleaner, curator of small mammals. . ..I used to be a therapist, but that title now goes to my wonderful hubby, who gets paid for it.
Interests I like the sounds of my children playing nicely together, and them laughing together, the sound of daddy playing with his little princesses--3 of them, watching them dance and tell each other stories. I like show tunes, singing and playing cello, musical theater and the symphony. Right now, I'm really into the tv shows "Castle", and sometimes, "Psych".
Favorite Movies Stardust, Much Ado About Nothing, Lady in the Water, The Village, The Muppets, The Court Jester, Coraline
Favorite Music I love the classics, Mozart, D'Vorak, et al and the other classics: The Who, Styx... Notre Dame de Paris, Tanz der Vampire, there are too many to think of. Some of the newer stuff is okay, but most of it hurts my head. I really like--I mean REEEAAALLLLY Alfie Boe, Garou and Adele. The Piano Guys, and when my DH plays his guitar and sings with the kiddos.
Favorite Books Traci Hunter Abramson, Rachael Nunes, Suzanne Collins...

That can't really be a fish you're standing on, can it?

Maybe they don't think they need them, but don't you think that some fish really do need a bicycle?
