| Introduction | My name is Kayla and I'm an elementary art teacher for the Utica City School District. I have set this blog up to share what is going on in my classroom(s) with parents, students, colleagues, friends and family. Right now I'm in my second year of teaching and I am between three schools. King (K-5), Kernan (4&5) and General Herkimer (K&2). I love to get messy and have fun with kids! What a great job huh?! On top of being a teacher I am also a practicing artist. I enjoy painting, drawing, photography, graphic design and making jewelry. With any other free time I have you can usually find me running! :0) |
