Introduction	The Micronesian Poets Club was formed by Guam author and poet, Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera, on March 24, 2009, with the mission of creating an insightful anthology that we can all learn to appreciate and enjoy amongst all in the community and abroad. Please note that some of the poems featured first appeared in the Guam Poets Club online anthology that Dr. Rivera created on July 5, 2003. It is her hope that the inspirational messages embedded in the poetry will be a positive one that enables the audience to persevere and pass on this momentum for years to come! If you wish to become a member of the Micronesian Poets Club, please send an e-mail with the words "club membership" in the subject area, along with your name and a short essay of why you want to join the club to mnrivera1@yahoo.com.
