| Introduction | Hi everyone, I live in rural Tennessee. At year end 2023, I planted lettuce, beets, turnip and mustard greens to juice and to cook. Visit the Wishlist link for CNG Facebook page I share info on how to grow, dry and grind herbs. Homegrown herbs have such a sweet savor coming fresh from the garden. In the summertime we grow lots of different kinds of peppers, to freeze, dry and use as seasonings. We use the home canning method to store tomatoes for winter months. It’s always a good idea to have plenty of things on hand.Especially with prices soaring and Covid still looming in the midst of everything. When I go to the grocery store I make sure to wipe the cart handle off and my hands. We don’t need any sickness.
