Introduction	I started this blog last year as a way of recording posts I made on a forum for survivors of narcissistic abuse. I wanted to keep my posts, like a diary, so that one day I could look back and see how far I could come. Or I could remind myself of what it was I struggled to get away from in case I was ever tempted to go back. Ns can leave us devastated. It is shattering to meet someone who you think is the love of your life only to find that they see you as the enemy. I am out now and am regrouping. I pity anyone who ends up in a relationship with my XN in the future.
