| Introduction | My name is Starr. I am in the middle of a serious weight loss journey, having lost 45 pounds but still needing to lose another 25 - 40 pounds. I have learned a lot about nutrition and exercise. In fact, I have grown to love healthy food and being active. As the weight comes off, moving around becomes much easier.
