Introduction Time for a new resolution. While 2008 was a year of new adventures for me, 2010 will be a year of new health. (Yes, I skipped resolutions for a year.) My goal is to practice a new and healthy discipline every day for one week. I hope to make notes about how I feel after following the new regimen for seven days, and then I'll decide if it's something I want to add to my life permanently or just occasionally. I've many ideas to get me started and will begin on January 1, 2010 by removing any sugar or processed sugar products from my diet. From there the weekly disciplines will continue to improve my physical, emotional, or spiritual health. I can hardly wait to begin, but at the same time I wonder how difficult some of the changes will be. No coffee for a week? Ahhh, that's on the list, but I may have to save it for last as I am really not looking forward to it. Anyway, as you read (whoever you are) I hope that you are encouraged to add healthy practices to your life as well. I hope that this year will change me in a positive way, and that the me who rings in 2011 will be vastly healthier than the me who rang in 2010. Per una vita sana felice!
