| Introduction | Cheap & Cheerful Los Angeles is for those determined to experience Los Angeles to the fullest at the best price possible. No coupons or joining groups, no slumming or standing in the back, just information on where, when and how you can do more for less. Whether you are an Angeleno or "just visiting", Cheap & Cheerful has some great ideas. When I first came to LA, I hung out with a lot of British and South African people who were in Los Angeles on a working vacation. They didn't have a lot of spending cash, but were determined to experience everything Los Angeles had to offer. The best review a place could get from this lot was "Well that was Cheap & Cheerful!" I loved the spirit of that! It wasn't about scrimping but rather seeking out ways of experiencing the best LA has to offer without spending more than you had to.
