| Introduction | Hey everyone, My name is Anthony (TJ) Porter Jr. I am 12 years old and I love food, I come from a long line of men that cook. I was told my great grand father Clarence was a cook in the army and he use to chase my mom around the kitchen when she was a little girl with chicken feet I found that to be very funny. My grand pa Ali would cook for my mother and uncles, and my dad is the cook in our home he can makes awesome BBQ and steaks that melt in your mouth. My oldest brother Kaseem is one of the head chefs for the Golden Corral food chain in Springfield, MA. My Auntie Gayle has a baking business and I'll send you to her link, And my Auntie LaCheryl likes to make gourmet food, so it's not a surprise I have cooking in my blood. I one day plan on being a chef and having my own show on television called none other than, Cooking with TJ. I created this blog to share recipes and give some cooking tips to my peers because it's important that you know how to cook and make food you like to eat. I will also try giving some food history along the way. |
