Introduction	Shhhhh. . . . don't tell anyone. My degree is in Nursing and my minor is in Science. Where did cooking come in? I got to work under a chef for a year and a half as I worked my way through nursing school. He was an excellent teacher and I was a willing student! The most important thing he taught me- an understanding of which flavors pair well together. Now on top of that, I have been a cake decorator and confectioner for ten years now. My, how time flies when you are having fun!
