| Introduction | I teach Spanish (and French) to students of all ages. My students and I build stories in Spanish (or French) that allow them to acquire language at their just right level and pace. Following the principles of TPRS (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling), and using comprehensible input-based language teaching strategies, we read, create, invent, act out, and enjoy stories in Spanish that use high frequency vocabulary and structures in compelling contexts, so that students feel successful and excited about what they can do in the language. |
