Introduction	I'm just your average ordinary 33 year old woman, who transplanted to DC after spending 23 years in BFE Pennsylvania. I have one heck of a sarcastic sense of humor, not to mention a bad addiction to CrossFit. I like my music really loud, heavy weights over my head, and any day at the box that doesn't involve a metcon. I sometimes create my own words and have been flagged more than once for my over usage of "your mom". I live for CF but you can't tear me away from my boys in the blue and white. I heart my PSU football. I am a former teacher but don't let that fool you. I can throw some weight when push comes to shove, or pull comes to jerk, whichevs! ;)I fully support our men and women in uniform, and I'm working on becoming the best version of myself. This blog has been my place to talk about CrossFit, my struggles with eating and nutrition, and all things in between. I hope that in the years to come, things just keep getting better.
