| Introduction | I am aiming to raise at least £5000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. This amount will pay the costs of a Macmillan Nurse for more than a month. Macmillan does a fantastic job in providing support for cancer sufferers and their families. I know of many people who have received valuable encouragement and support when they have been at their most vulnerable. It is the sort of thing that I am absolutely hopeless at. What I can do is walk to generate some publicity and raise funds so that those who can do the job very much better than me can do more of it.
