| Introduction | After obtaining a Master of Business Administration in 2000, Mr. Galland started Dirty Worx in Provo, Utah, the ensuing year. As the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of the waste management company, he oversees all aspects of the enterprise, including landscaping, yard maintenance, and waste disposal services. One of his duties upon founding the company included management of Dirty Worx’s customer-relationship management (CRM) system. Frustrated with the available selection of CRM products, Mr. Galland initiated Innovative Matrix with his brother in San Clemente, California, in 2004 as a web-based CRM solution. |
