| Introduction | I love my kids, my puppies, my cats, my computer, my iPhone, cooking and eating local foods, travelling to places I have never been! I started this journey on a whim, inspired by watching cooking shows, and Jamie Oliver's style of making healthy, delicious food seem easy. But that quickly turned into a way of life, and I will never go back to the old, boring, unhealthy food I used to eat. Now, I try new foods and cook as many new recipes as I can!
