| Introduction | Prostate cancer has a history in my family. Just over 20 years ago, we lost my Grandfather to the disease, too early for both him and myself. Going to visit Grandma a couple of months ago I decided I wanted to do something to honor him, so I came up with the idea of an ultra endurance bike trip, 458 km over 3 days. From Calgary, Alberta to Prelate, Saskatchewan. More specifically, Grandma's front door. I don't like prostate cancer, and I do like biking. Why not do one to help the other? My goal is raise $3,000 for prostate cancer research. Training has started, plans have been made, now I just count down the days! |
