Introduction	Obsessive baker and recipe hoarder. Plans to make lovely things, eat them and then jot down all the results. I am a wife, a mam, an owner (of many furry, and some feathered creatures), and a generally happy lass. I have taught holistic therapies for many years, and am currently taking secondment (brought about by my daughter) and thinking what about what is next for me. Baking in somewhere in that equation, I just have to tweeze it out.
Interests	Food, the Good Life, chickens, Buddhism, growing your own, walking, babies.
Favorite movies	Very difficult. I will say genres rather than specifics - so RomComs and dramas. I dont do horror flicks.
Favorite music	Again, really eclectic. Love Jazz, Soul and Rock, mainly.
Favorite books	Love PTerry, Maya Angelou and any cookbooks, old and new that I can collect.
