| Introduction | Hmm. How to fill this out and not end up egotistical or self-indulgent... I have a degree in Biology with a pre-medical option. I've lived most of my life in the western KY area, while a good part of my childhood was spent in New Mexico and Tullahoma, TN. I'm extremely happily married to the woman of my childhood (and present) dreams, Leslie. I hooked her with my unseeming good looks and irresistable charm (and the way rock-n-roll bowl cut I was sportin') at the lunch table in 3rd grade. My family and friends are extremely precious to me, and although I'm a generally amiable fellow, if you cross them you tempt death at the edge of my cat-like reflexes and unnatural ability to spit seething comments from a calm composure. I've finished the first two years of medical school and so far it looks to be "the best of times and the worst of times." I know the two clinical years (at the U of L Trover campus) that follow are going to be the hardest and most intellectually rewarding years of my life. God has the path laid out for me, and although I can't see in its entirety the the next few steps are looking bright! |
