| Introduction | Meditations Couture is custom made themed audio meditations. We talk together about what you'd really like to experience in life. Then I produce audio to match that vision. During my own search, in periods of desired change, I found what helped was a go-to audio meditation tool. There are many general audio programs out there, but how helpful would it be to have audio focused specifically on one's exact area of interest? Very helpful I thought. Near the same time, a friend was dealing with some life goals and we would talk together. I reflected a vision of what she wanted to create in her life with words on the phone. She said, "I wish I had a little Maryellen in my pocket that I could take with me all the time." And that dear reader, is how and why Meditations Couture was born. (Just like Santa.)
