OccupationHealing for the Voice, Writer, Workshop Facilitator

IntroductionI love this planet! I care passionately about Organics and Environmentally Friendly Living. Animal Rights, including those Beautiful Beings who live in the Ocean, are also at the top of the list of things I care deeply about. My personal journey includes recovering my Voice which had been very shut down. Healing from previous trauma and opening my Heart to life and love are my current priorities. I'm learning to sing and am developing ways to help myself and others re-connect Voice and Heart and to speak/sing in a more embodied way. I'm dedicated to the Pursuit of Truth and The Healing Power of Sharing Stories. I am an Introvert who loves deep, heartfelt conversation. My background is Nursing -- psychiatry, geriatrics and hospice care. I am still healing from all of that "care giving" and resultant burnout. I love exploring the true nature of healing. I'm also exploring my own journey into elderhood as a time of blossoming. Also into Yoga, Chakras, Shaminism. I am a Reiki Master and creator of Dance of the Chakras. My current musical passions and influences are Buddy Holly,The Rolling Stones, Beatles, Petula Clark, Patsy Cline, Anne Murray, Lisa Fischer, Stevie Wonder.
