| Introduction | Since I could stand, I have been cooking. My first memories of cooking, I was standing on a wooden step stool cooking next to my great grandmother- Freida and my grandmother- Nola. I have been blessed to have the knack to see something on paper or on the TV and have the ability to re-create a dish with a little extra spin to it. I never follow recipes. I never measure anything. I guess it is a cooking instinct that I have cultivated over the years. My love of cooking, entertaining and communicating with people has led me to developing this open format- No Rules- blog for anyone who wishes to learn how to cook, learn new spins on classics or family favorite recipes. It is my outlet which gives me the freedom to be the artist I want to be. |
