Introduction	A passionate soul only a few can handle but no one can resist ! Mom of two turned blogger ! Cooking was never my thing until I got married.Started from scratch,as minimal as boiling milk wasn’t any easy affair to me.Sunil made everything possible with his calm and understanding behavior.All my efforts were appreciated and corrected then n there creating space for perfection.Major credits just go his way as I wasn’t easy one to handle..lol .. but I was a good learner though, sigh ! He being a Scientist, Everyday while he experimented in his lab mine would continue in the kitchen.All the burnt and undercooked were accepted with a smiling face and the constructive criticism followed it.. Hearing a word of praise from him was my major perspective in creating or recreating dishes..He means the world to me so making him happy by serving something good paved the way for all the whisking and cooking ! Later kids came into life and no sooner I was to satisfy three instead of one :) Thankfully everything worked my way and within no time turned into a confident home cook.
