Introduction	I am 1 of 9 citizen members of the City of Oshkosh's Sustainability Advisory Board (formerly known as Energy and Environment Advisory Board, until April 14, 2009). We have been directed to help the City with greenhouse gas mitigation, for one thing, since the City became a signatory to the US Mayors Climate Protection Agreement in Fall, 2007, with the passage of Oshkosh Common Council Resolution 07-262.
