| Introduction | I am a chef-wannabe. Had I known that there was such a course as Culinary Arts, I would have taken it instead of Civil Eng'g. LOL! I design buildings and I bake cakes and pastries... they may be poles apart but still has the common factor. As Wolfgang Puck once said "Baking is like an architect (arrghhh..should have been architecture). Your have to measure everything or the buildings gonna crumble; the building will go down..." Yup! Agree....except that engineers are responsible for the integrity of the building...and not the architect!!! |
