| Introduction | James W. Bailey is an artist/photographer and independent curator from Mississippi who currently lives in Reston, Virginia. He is a national award-winning experimental photographer who has exhibited to critical acclaim in local, national and international exhibitions. In addition, he currently serve on the Board of the League of Reston Artists in Reston as Director of Public Relations and Communications. Charles Neenan, new to the art scene in northern Virginia is a photographic artist living in Oak Hill, Virginia. As a photographic artist he has garnered local and regional awards over the past two years. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Vienna Photographic Society, and is a member of the League of Reston Artists. |
