Favorite movies	Elf, Gone With the Wind, Come Early Morning, McClintock, Wizard of Oz, musicals, Gypsy, Cats, The Sound of Music, Shirley Temple, The Usual Suspects, Angels in America, Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte, The Prince of Tides
Favorite music	that which fits my mood. I cannot live without music, there is a soundtrack for each of my days, each of my moments. I might wake up ,Ella Fitzgerald, breathe deeply with ,Sam Cooke, wake up with ,Foo Fighters, reminisce with ,Garth Brooks, marvel at ,Pat Monahan, and settle in with ,Billy Joel. And that's just one sampling.
Favorite books	There are so many! I loved The Kite Runner, I'm a fan of ,Pat Conroy, . . . and his wife! My all-time favorite is probably ,To Kill a Mockingbird.

You've written a hit musical! How will you avoid having fame go to your head?

I'm sure my kid will bring me right down to earth again. :-)
