| Introduction | My husband, daughters and I have started a "Little Bit" of a farm. I'm a stay-at-home mom, with my 2 beautiful daughters, ages 3 & 1.We started out with a few chickens, ducks & turkeys and expanded in February '12 with 2 bred nigerian dwarf does and a nigerian dwarf buck. I got the goats as pets, but decided after spending SO much money that I wanted to make back the money I spent. So...I've been breeding nigerian dwarf goats and milking them a little bit. We also raise egg layers, meat chickens, ducks, mini lop, lionhead & mini rex bunnies. We also just started raising lowline angus cows, starting with a bull calf we're bottle feeding and going to raise for beef. We enjoy living the crazy farm life and welcome anybody to join the fun! |
