Introduction	I am Francesse Joy "Happy" Cordon, a lawyer by profession and a chef at heart. Eating had always been my means of coping with the demands of law school and the legal profession. Every time I am extremely busy, (which happens all the time) I gain tens of pounds in body fat, surviving each day through fast food, sweets and cups of coffee. The added body weight, and consequently, the inability to fit in clothes and the need to buy more clothes, only made me feel terrible. Eventually, I realized I will definitely be always busy doing something and the demands of my job can never justify my laziness to exercise and lose weight. That was when I started my journey to health, fitness and happiness. That was when I started to be me, “happy.”
