Introduction	I’m a full-time career woman, a dedicated mom and I absolutely love to bake in the free time I have available. I have not maintained this blog since I completed pastry school at Le Cordon Bleu in March 2020 receiving my Diplôme de Pâtisserie in London and doing additional boulangerie training in Paris. I have always been “Kneading My Dream” and finally became a pastry professional. After working in a few professional kitchens, I continue work part time professionally in a pastry kitchen and do special requests in my own kitchen. I also operate a small batch gourmet ice lolly business, Loudoun Lollies, with my daughter and we are at the Bluemont, VA farmers market every Sunday.
