| Introduction | I am a 22 year old cancer survivor. As part of the Young and Cancerous.. I know that we are lacking the emotional, medical and legal support we need! In most peoples minds- CANCER=DEATH and that is just not the case!! Attitude is everything- well, almost! You also need good laws, more federal funding for research and support, and with 1.2 million people being diagnosed this year with cancer- and hundreds of thousands of people losing their battles.. I think its HIGH time.. something changes!! I created this blog just for support. I want to branch out and make myself avaliable to anyone who needs it. Im writing my story, the only way I know how. Through sarcasm, humor, bad spelling and horrible grammar!!! My english teachers would be proud! =) I want an alliance. Young and Cancerous survivors and fighters need to get together and make sure things change- So that our children, and their children won't have a friend.. or family member that has been touched or taken by this disease. | Favorite music | I literally listen to everything from classical symphonies by mozart and beethoven to gangsta rapper lil wayne rap about his lollipop. |
| Favorite books | I didn't go to a spiffy college telling me what authors were the most influential. I browse the library and read whatever makes me happy. Be a doll and recommend something for me, will ya? |
