Introduction	I am a married woman in my mid 40's who was diagnosed with Bipolar II about five years ago. Since then, to paraphrase Charles Dickens, it has been the best of times and the worst of times. I am hoping that by writing this blog I may be able to help others in some small way, and learn from the experiences of those of you who have felt first hand the overwhelming exhilaration and devastating crashes bipolar can bring.
