Introduction	Baking is my passion. It's the way I relax and I bake to share with family, friends and the local community. I began baking with my Mum as a child growing in Tasmania. I now live in London and do the odd local fete and bake to order. In March 2012 I appeared on Channel 4's Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard and I won!
