| Introduction | I'm the mom and keeper of this blog. I am a Registered Nurse at St. Mary's Hospital, Mayo Clinic. I work on a Medical/Thoracic unit, which means I care for patients with all sorts of pulmonary problems. Lung cancers, asthma, pneumonias, COPD, Wegner's...you name it and we see it. I am married to my hubby Colin, who works for Schmidt Goodman Office Products. He cares for the delivery and pick up of all of the furniture that Mayo Clinic uses or discards. And since Mayo is always remodeling or building, this job can keep him quite busy. In our spare time (hah!) we like to care for our garden, hang with the kids and the dog, Colin likes to hunt waterfowl and I enjoy lunch dates with good friends. I am team leader of my work unit's Relay for Life team as well...so I may hit you up for donations :) |
