Introduction	My children are both in college and for the first time since we've been married it's just my husband and me at home. Our oldest was born 9 mos after we married and we were living with my parents at the time so this being alone stuff is very strange. I have decided to blog about this new and exciting time in my life. The blog is called "It's Just Sand" because of a forwarded email my aunt sent me and it is the subject of my first blog. Favorite Books	First and formost... The Bible. Then Pillars of the Earth, and The Outlander Novels. I used to be an avid reader but since my eyesight has ... "aged".. I don't read much now. I'm going to have to give up and get bifocals because I miss it ... a lot.
