| Introduction | Communities for a Clean Bill of Health (CCBH) is a broad-based coalition of state and community organizations who share a common goal of raising the excise tax on cigarettes in the State of Mississippi. CCBH plans to mobilize existing member networks across the state to educate the public and policy makers on the health and economic benefit of a significant increase in the cigarette tax. Through a coordinated media, grassroots, and policy advocacy effort, CCBH hopes to realize the goal of a significant tobacco tax increase in Mississippi.
