Our defence will be ‘Truth’; we have supporting evidence to back up the truthfulness of the blog should it be required for Court action. We will also use the defence of ‘Publication of Matter for Public Interest’; we believe that in order for the public to make a more informed choice whether or not to use the services of a particular business, it is in the public interest to know if a company acts fairly or not. |
