Introduction	For me there are a million opportunities in life to make someone feel good and there are just as many that have the opposite effect. I believe managers have a huge responsibility for enabling those around them to flourish. However, they often forget to nourish their staff with the words actions and encouragement each individual is shouting out for. As a result, they tend to lose interest, change jobs and fight. What can we do about it? Well, that is the aim of this blog.
