Introduction	My life changed drastically a few months ago and I have found that a great way for me to connect with my self is to write. So this is why I now have 2 blogs. I can say that my life has changed for the better and I am living life to the fullest! I am now less than 5 weeks away from my first triathlon. I have always loved being active, but this time I'm for real....in it for the long haul. So tri...why not....and I am also planning a summer trip to volunteer in Honduras at an orphanage. I am so very excited about what I'm doing and would love to share it with you.
