Introduction	I am so glad you checked this out! I am a single mother of 44 with a wonderful teenage boy, looking to make a impact on the world around us. Your health and mine, everyone's is so important to a good quality of life. I am currently living with Fibromyalgia, a chronic illness that affects millions of people worldwide, yet one of the most hardest to treat and diagnosis diseases. I just recently found out I have this illness, however I have been living in pain for years without even knowing why. And there are so many others out there living just like me. I have learned on my own, through doctors and self education, on how to control my daily pain, and decided to start this blog, so I can share that information with all of you.
