| Introduction | I am a 5 time Ironman Triathlete with diverse interests. I got interested in triathlon and more serious about fitness at 39 years old after watching the incredibilble Dick and Ricky Hoyt complete at Ironman Hawaii on TV. This blog is written by me but all of the ideas are my dog TIFF's, hence Tiff's French Adventure. I am not sure how I got talked into this job but a few people enjoy it and it keeps Tiff happy. |
